Chapel of The Good Shepherd

Spiritual Formation of Children

Chapel of The Good Shepherd is a weekly experience of God that aids children in falling in love with The Good Shepherd who is already in love with them.

This year, children must be registered to attend Chapel of The Good Shepherd. Registration is for the school year, and we ask that families prioritize weekly attendance. Space is limited. Click the "Register Here" button/link to sign up your kiddo(s).

Registration is now open for 2026-2027:

Sunday Morning Level 1 - at 11am - 3-year-olds through Kinder. Beginning Aug. 9th.

Wednesday Night Level 1 - at 6:30pm - 3-year-olds through Kinder. Beginning Sept. 9th.

Wednesday Night Level 2 - 1st grade through 5th grade. Beginning Sept. 9th.

Wednesday Morning Toddler - early walkers through 3-year-olds. Begins Sept. 9th.

Children experience curated materials that help them develop concentration, which develops contemplation, which is the beginning of prayer. In Chapel of the Good Shepherd, everything we do is to aid the young child in falling in love with The Good Shepherd who is already in love with them. Children will come to know Jesus as a real person who lived in a real place who taught about God’s Kingdom love. They will interact with Biblical geography, the birth and infancy narratives of Jesus, the Kingdom of God parables, and the story of Jesus’ death and resurrection. In addition, they will experience special presentations that connect to our sacramental life through baptism and communion. Children respond to these experiences with deep prayer through art, word, and song.
