The Senior Adult Ministry is trying some new things to fill in the gaps between our quarterly Good Old Days programs.  Our movie day in February was good...folks asked if we could do more of those.  Now we are going to try this...Join us for some good old-fashioned fun having lunch and playing some games.  We will start with a session of Bunco (with a few prizes, of course) followed by an hour of games of your choice.  We will have cards, Dominos and Rummikub available.  Feel free to bring any other card or board game you like to play, and we will see what happens.  

Joanne Clyne will be hosting our day.  She will be making sloppy joes and chips for lunch.  You are welcome to bring a snack/dessert or a donation for lunch...whatever works for you. As always, if you are a first-time guest, lunch is on us.  

It is super important for folks to RSVP to our new programming.  There are a standard 80-ish folks that come to our regular program, but as we start doing these new events, our crowds changed, based on what you enjoy doing (for instance, we only had 40 for movie day). It will really help to have RSVPs so we can get a better sense of who is likely to attend, so please help us out by signing up either on our website, by emailing JFClyne1@aol.com, by phoning the Main Office at 210.696.1033, or by replying to the Sign-Up Genius email (not all of you receive this). Our intention is to be in the John Wesley Room (beginning with lunch at 11:15am) unless we are asked to move, based on priority needs for the space.  We would then be on the North Campus.  We will try to confirm this with a follow-up email the week prior to the event.
