Registration for VBS | Student Volunteer
Description
You will be required to approve or decline the following VBS Photo Authorization during the registration process.
 
VBS Photo Authorization: I, the parent/guardian of the child in this registration, give University Methodist the absolute right and permission to use your child's photo in its promotion materials and publicity efforts, and you release the Church, its employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right you may have in connection with such use.

 

 

Instructions

Please complete this VBS registration for all 6th-12th grade Student Volunteers. Register based on your grade in the 2025/2026 school year. If you are already 18 years old, use the Adult Registration link.

All BOLD areas are required fields. Please make sure to complete all of these fields. 

Only use the "Add Individual" button to add another Student Volunteer. Adult and child registrations have a separate link. Clicking the "back" button will result in starting over.
