VBS Photo Authorization: I, the parent/guardian of the child in this registration, give University Methodist the absolute right and permission to use your child's photo in its promotion materials and publicity efforts, and you release the Church, its employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right you may have in connection with such use.

We ask that you review this list before continuing further, as you will be asked about this during the registration process.
